On November 11, 2010, U.S. Chamber Watch released a report highlighting the central role that the U.S. Chamber of Commerce played during the 2010 election cycle in electing a Republican House and electing more Republicans to the Senate. The Chamber promised $75 million and its most aggressive voter outreach program yet.  With this war chest - funded anonymously by the largest corporate interests in the world - the Chamber coordinated with over 30 conservative groups, including American Crossroads, Crossroads GPS and Club for Growth, to develop and implement strategies for Republican gains in both houses of Congress.
